These fringed shaggy layered pants feature a layered design with a mesh cut-and-sew peeking out from the waist, adding an accent to the hip area.
The low-rise waist and wide silhouette make the most of the voluminous shaggy fabric.
Long fringes are used, and by weaving lurex threads into the gaps between the fringes, they sparkle elegantly depending on the light and movement, creating visual depth and a striking finish.
